Management Couple Required for Luxury Lodge, Mozambique!


My client owns a beautiful African-style luxury lodge in Mozambique and we are now looking for a dynamic couple to take over and run the lodge in such a way that guests will experience the best level of services that is possible in Mozambique in the most (cost) efficient manner and in good relation with local communities.
We require 2 hospitality professionals who will be able to divide the various areas of lodge management between them! Previous management experience in a 5* lodge is essential for this role.
Job requirements:

- Fluently speaking and writing in English and Portuguese
- Minimal 3 years experience in senior management role
- One of the two should have a background of 5 years experience in working in front of house and maintenance
- Independent
- Guest orientated
- Pioneer mentality
- No objections living in an isolated area
- Always striving for 5* quality service and quality
Ideally we are looking for a couple to start on the 1st December but this is negotiable. The maximum salary for an experienced couple is approximately $US 2,200 per month net per person so around $52,000 per couple per year tax free. (ALTO LÁ!!!! ´SOU CAPAZ DE PERDER A CABEÇA!!!!)
The couple gets in house living, all meals and 1 soft drink or local beer per day p.p.  (CERVEJA LOCAL??? UMA???
Transfer costs are negotiable.
